Nursery racks from Tier-Rack® protect nursery stock as it is being stored or transported. The strong plant shelving keep seedlings or seed trays from being crushed, while permitting the racks to be stacked 4 or 5 high. The metal plant shelves also permit air circulation around the nursery stock at all levels, keeping the plants cool and preventing heat damage.

Seedling Racks are usually designed with three seedling shelves that can be easily removed to allow high density storage of the metal seedling rack when the racks are not in use. When seedlings are loaded onto the racks the nursery shelves are easily set in place as the seedling shelf below is filled. Full seedling stands can be effortlessly moved by forklift trucks from the packing area into the storage area.
